GP needed for the Maternal Mortality Review Working Group

The Health Quality and Safety Commission (HQSC) are seeking a GP to join the Maternal Mortality Review Working Group (MMRWG) of the Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Review Group (PMMRC).

Desirable attributes for selection include knowledge and experience in maternal mental health, Māori and/or Pacific health and quality improvement practice. Consideration will be given to whether an applicant has been nominated by a professional body.
The focus on maternal mental health reflects the significant proportion of maternal deaths from suicide.
