BMJ Mobile Access

We reported yesterday that BMJ Learning had opened New Zealand-wide access to its clinical support tool, 'Best Practice'. Overnight, BMJ Learning worked with its UK technology team to provide you with mobile access to 'Best Practice'. This will be extremely helpful to those doctors who are on the move and unable to access a computer.

BMJ reports that over the last 24 hours 1009 'Best Practice' sections were visited, with the majority of conditions viewed being: MI, headache, hyperthermia, crush syndrome, asthma, diarrhoea, necrotising fasciitis and chest pain.

This indicates that 'Best Practice' has most certainly helped some doctors dealing with patients as a result of the devastating Christchurch earthquake.
