The Council is bound by the rules below. Please note that these rules are subject to final sign off by the Companies office.

The new College rules were passed at the Special General Meeting in February 2012.

The following summarises the changes to the new College rules:

• New, streamlined governance structure
• National Advisory Council will liaise between the Board and membership
• College Chapters established based on major national areas of practice
• Associate in Training and Associate in Practice membership categories introduced.
