The College is based in Wellington with a staff of around 45 who work with the CEO in five business units. The College is managed by a Senior Management Team.
Communications is a recently-established group. Brought together in January 2011 to enhance the level of communication and engagement with members, the group combines some existing staff within the College with some new roles. We manage the College's publications, media, website, events and marketing. We also contribute to managing stakeholder relationships and provide input into other College projects and initiatives. In addition, we provide member liaison, undertake member-related research and consultation, and support the College Faculties.
Finance and Administration manages the College's finances and administrative functions, business systems and delivers core IT functionality.
CEO's Office manages the College's HR functions and the College's business performance.
Professional Practice sets standards and provides expertise to stakeholders, and supports general practitioners and general practice teams to deliver quality services.
Professional Development provides general practive education, assessment and ongoing professional development.
