  • New Discussion Guide

    New resource cards have been developed for primary care practitioners to use in a consultation when asked about prostate cancer testing. A brochure, Testing for Prostate Cancer: Information for Men and their Families has also been prepared to support the consultation.

  • Getting it right

    The Medical Training Board released its first major report today; and the first suggestion is to increase medical school places by 100 by 2012. The high-level board also made other suggestions in a wide-ranging report which indicated key directions rather than specific solutions. Just one of the headings used was 'Getting it right'.
