Patients First is a joint programme of work between The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and General Practice New Zealand (GPNZ). It is the next phase of qi4gp.

Patients First is the programme that the National Health IT Board is holding accountable for delivery of the Primary Care component of the information Plan. In its broader context, Patients First is also integrating quality and information for primary care.
