The PRP is therefore designed to enable you to identify and concentrate on the things that will be of the most benefit to you and your practice. It can be extremely valuable in terms of establishing needs and priorities. It can help you decide which professional development activities will be of most use to you and enable you to avoid attending sessions that may not meet your needs. It can also provide the impetus for carrying out a professional development activity you have been meaning to do for a while.
