MOPs Reporting Schedule
The following table outlines the reporting groups and reporting dates for RNZCGP and the Medical Council:

Recording
You need to keep:
- all certificates/documentation of activities for the triennium, and
- a log of all the activities that you intend to count as part of MOPS.
Reporting
At the end of the reporting year, the College will post you an annual credit summary form.
Complete this summary and return it to the College or submit an annual credit summary electronically.
If you are part of the programme audit, submit the certificates/documentation in support of credits claimed to the College. There is no need to provide documentation for events/credits entered by a registered provider.
