Research and Education Charitable Trust

New chair of the RNZCGP Research and Education Charitable Trust is Professor Les Toop of Christchurch. Deputy chair for 2006-7 is Associate Professor Felicity Goodyear-Smith of Auckland.

Dr Nikki Turner & others for the presentation Characteristics of general practitioners associated with higher immunisation coverage

Clinical GP category
Dr Christine van Dalen for her presentation Spirometric testing for airflow obstruction in young adult asthmatics

GP Registrar/Novice Researcher category
Dr Annie Judkins of Wellington for her presentation Vitamin D deficiency in pregnancy

The prize for each category was $1000
