Retrospective Review of the College and Māori

Since 1998 the College has formally recognised the status of the Treaty of Waitangi and accepted the principles of partnership, participation and active protection derived from the Treaty.  The College endeavours to incorporate these principles into its activities. The College also has a commitment to reducing inequalities between Māori and non-Māori. The below paper Retrospective review of the College and Māori provides some contextual information relevant to development of a Māori strategy for the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP).
