Shaping Our Service to Better Shape You

In our 21st September edition, we announced the new website and asked for feedback to help us prioritise the services we offer through the Members Only section. Over the next 12 months we’ll be taking your comments on board to shape the website. If you haven’t already provided your feedback, you can do so by logging in here to the 'Member Only Area' of the website.

This small survey is indicative of a wider plan to elicit feedback from our membership about how well the College is meeting your needs, and how you would like us to direct our efforts in the future.

We aim for excellence amongst our practitioners and we should hold ourselves to the same high standards. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that we always achieve that. But I’m committed to changing the way we do things so that you feel you’re getting real value from being a Member. We hope the research we plan to conduct among members will help us become more effective at delivering that value.
