I have been in general practice for 15 years. I am vocationally registered in General Practice and Accident and Medical fields. I have the following special interests:
I am a performance assessor for the New Zealand Medical Council. I have been involved in General Practice education for over five years.
I get satisfaction with passing on my passion for general practice and helping trainess perform to the best of their abilities.
I am an active sportsman and encourage exercise and healthy diets to anyone I can.
We are an urban Practice situated in the centre of New Plymouth and our population is made up of mainly middle-clas European families. We have a small Maori population (5.5%).
The Practice has four doctors, three Practice Nurses and has a close association with physiotherapists.
