Nourishing the Mind: A Psychiatrist-Led Masterclass on Food, Soil and Mental Wellbeing
Come join us for a full-day, psychiatrist-led masterclass examining the connections between food quality, soil health and mental wellbeing.

Facilitated by Dr Ivan Lin, Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the programme draws on current evidence in nutritional psychiatry, the gut–brain axis and One Health frameworks.

The day includes a visit to Sherwood Queenstown's organic vegetable garden and a wood-fired banquet lunch.

GPs will gain practical insights into how nutrient-dense food, environmental factors and broader food systems influence mental health, alongside approaches that support reflective, patient-centred care in New Zealand general practice.
