Foundation Standard Facilitator Training - General Practices
This course will empower and inform those wishing to lead their team through Foundation Standard preparation and towards certification. This is a flexible learning course. The content is emailed out to each participant and then 3-4 weeks later, the group will meet for an online discussion and Q & A with Quality Programme team members.

The course work will take a minimum of five hours and include:

  • Narrated presentations: 1.5 hours
  • Activities and reading the resources provided: 1.5 hours
  • Familiarisation with the Foundation Standard and guidance on the College website: 1-3 hours
  • Attending the zoom online discussion: 1 hour

 

Additional information:

  • Participants will receive a ‘Foundation Standard Facilitator’ certificate
  • Nurses can include this in their nursing portfolio
  • PMAANZ members will qualify for 25 PMAANZ points
