On 23 November the College is hosting a digital summit to consider how technology is changing general practice and the primary healthcare sector.

This will be an interactive day which will appeal to those with an interest in technology and innovation. We’ll be identifying opportunities and barriers, and developing a mandate for change.

Key note speakers:

  • Innovation Strategist Arturo Pelayo
  • Waikato DHB Clinical Director of Virtual Health Care Dr Ruth Large
  • Ventures Chief Executive John Macaskill-Smith
  • Patients First Chief Executive Helmut Modlik
  • Melon Health Medical Director Dr Chris Masters
The purpose of the summit is to identify technology-related opportunities for the sector and the barriers we need to overcome if we are to achieve these. By the end of the day we hope to have a robust action plan that will help us create an appropriate, digitally-enabled future.

Please RSVP to by 1 November 2017.
