GP18 will take place from Friday 27 - Sunday 29 July 2018 at the Aotea Centre, Auckland, with the Quality Symposium and Learning and Education Workshop held as pre-conferences on Thursday 26 July.

As New Zealand’s only national conference presented by GPs for GPs and the general practice team, GP18 provides an excellent opportunity to mix with primary care professionals in a collegial and inspiring environment.

Keynote speakers

The College is delighted to confirm three fantastic keynote speakers for GP18:

  • Dr Camara Jones, Senior Fellow, Satcher Health Leadership Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine
  • Brigadier Ben Kite, Commander of the UK's Joint Force Intelligence Group
  • Professor Amanda Howe, President of the World Organisation of Family Doctors (WONCA)

These speakers will present on topics that support the conference theme of leadership. Find out more about the keynotes.
