Quality framework assessments
From 1 April 2020, practices and PHOs will be able to book assessments directly with an assessor.
Practices complete a self-assessment of their performance against the indicators and criteria of the Foundation Standard or a Cornerstone module, the practice will then contact a College-endorsed assessor to check their performance. Read the full assessment process guide.
Become a College-endorsed assessor
The College trains and endorses Foundation Standard and Cornerstone module assessors. Becoming an assessor provides extensive opportunities for ongoing professional development, gaining unique insights into diverse contexts of general practice within New Zealand, as well as providing recognition of your expertise in the health sector.
