(My strength is not that of a single warrior but that of many)
Community and team, how we work together, is critically important to the success of healthcare. Over the last two years whether working in a small practice team, as the medical provider in a community, or as part of the team of five million, we’ve learnt that we can’t – and shouldn’t – feel that we’re alone.
By weaving together and being connected we use our collective strength to do more, be more, and achieve success in a way that needs to be sustainable. As a profession we’ve dug deep; we’ve been resilient; we’ve served.
