Presented by: Dr Sidhesh Phaldessai, Older and adult persons psychiatrist Adult ADHD in increasingly being recognised as an independent psychiatric disorder in adults.

Undiagnosed ADHD can have significant implications on secondary mental health outcomes such as depression, anxiety, substance use, loss of productivity, relationships, medical issues such as obesity / cardiac risks and vascular dementia as well as significantly poor quality of life.

Being a more recently recognised diagnosis there is limited research and awareness amongst medical professionals about this condition.

Join us for an informative evening webinar where Sidhesh will explore the diagnosis, referral, management and long-term care of adult ADHD.

After training overseas, in 2005 Sidhesh completed his fellowship in Australasia. He now works in a private practice in Auckland and is an honorary lecturer at the University of Auckland.

This webinar will be of particular use to GPs – in addition to NPs with an interest in ADHD assessments.
