Membership categories and fees

College members pay an annual membership fee.

Registrars (doctors completing their GPEP or Division of Rural Hospital Medicine training) also pay training fees for each year they are enrolled in training (invoiced separately).

The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March. Please note that all fees noted below exclude GST and are valid until 31 March 2025. In addition a faculty levy ($80 or $40) and research and education levy ($10) applies.

Fellows

Fellows and Distinguished Fellows registered in the vocational scope of general practice earning more that $60,000 per year (before tax from all sources)
