Roadside drug testing:
• Dr Anna Skinner will outline how impairing drugs contribute to fatal motor vehicle crashes in Aotearoa New Zealand
•  Explain how the newly introduced roadside drug testing process works
•  Describe how drivers can apply for a medical defence when appropriate.

Advance Care Planning update:
•  Jane Goodwin presents an overview of the growing suite of consumer and clinician resources designed to support meaningful conversations about values and preferences.

The session will also explore the emerging potential of Shared Goals of Care as a targeted approach to advance care planning for a specific episode of care - an area that will become increasingly relevant to general practice.
