Pay
You will be paid fortnightly on a Thursday evening. You can view your payslips via iPayroll. You will receive an email confirming your login details on your first pay day. It’s important to check your payslips to make sure they are correct, particularly if you request any changes. If you notice any errors, notify us before your next pay is processed. Membership fees and GPEP training fees
All College members (which includes registrars on our training programme) are charged an annual membership subscription fee. For College-employed registrars, this fee is covered by your employment agreement.
Your GPEP training fees will be covered by the College (for both College and practice employed registrars). You will need to pay your GPEP training fees from GPEP year 2 onwards. Find out more.
Expenses
As part of your employment agreement you are entitled to claim expenses for certain College activities, such as our annual conference. The College uses an online system called Zeno for processing claims for reimbursements and for some allowances. You should keep all your receipts so they can be added when you make your claim.
