Throughout the year you may want to change your employment or programme status.
This page covers how to change your employment or programme status.
How to change your employment or programme status
Please complete the Change Request form if you would like to do any of the following:
- Change your work pattern (if part time)
- Change your FTE
- Change your employment type (College employed or practice employed)
- Request a change of placement
- Defer your programme for 12 months
- Withdraw from the programme
