Head of People, Culture and Capability
Tina has a wealth of experience in many roles and different organisations including across the Health and Education sectors. She brings a passion for achieving results, creating high performance cultures and developing people capability. Tina is responsible for the functions of Human Resources, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Contract Management and College Office Management.

Dr Richard Medlicott
Richard is a GP from Island Bay, Wellington and joined the College as Medical Director in 2016. He has a keen interest in health IT, health governance and extreme sports.

Lucia has a wealth of healthcare experience having worked at the Ministry of Health and in a range of private, public and non-government sector organisations, including hospitals and tertiary institutes. She oversees the College’s quality programme – this includes Aiming for Excellence (the quality standard) and both the Foundation Standard and CORNERSTONE® programmes.
