GP workloads poster

A poster displaying findings of the Your Work Counts diary study.

The poster highlights the significant amount of non contact clinical work GPs do:

  • Teaching
  • CME
  • Clinical governance
  • Practice leadership.

The data shows GPs should spend around 30% of their time on this essential work, yet in reality it’s far less.

The poster calls for protected time and pay parity to support safe, sustainable general practice and recognises the full scope of a Specialist GPs contribution.
